“Romeo” is an Alpaca bronze sculpture featuring a playful pose, textural variety and flowing inscribed lines. Maisano’s  “Romeo” follows his common theme of showing the “core” of the animals character, gracefully interpreting the animal into a movement that captures the life force of each animal and transforms it into something more. He does this in “Romeo” with sweeping lines that connect to small heart of polished bronze as well as a sweet, relaxed expression that radiates contentment.
