Dan Toone

Dan Toone was raised on a farm in Spokane, Washington. It was there he developed a deep love and appreciation for the intricacies of nature. He later studied commercial art at Spokane Falls Community College. After taking a position in 1976 to weld stainless steel, his skills increased and so did his fascination and appreciation for steel. He particularly enjoys the challenge of creating sculptures using found items and recycled materials. Today Dan Toone’s steel sculptures range from intimate table-top works to monumental 8’ masterpieces. Commissions available.
