When you look at this art piece, have you found the angel wings? When designing the flow and ethereal feeling of the iris floating in space, I felt so much joy in placing the sparkling crystals onto the mirror surfaces. They create the rich and surreal back drop that radiates opulence in its movement. The copper mirrors create a beautiful display of soft curves adding to the movement and flow. The Brandy Swarovski crystals in the throats of the iris have been created just for my artwork and cannot be found anywhere else. Purple irises can symbolize wisdom, royalty, strength, and courage. They can also convey admiration and respect, making them a good gift for someone you admire.

“Angel Wings”

I looked at you, your sparkle shine,
At my creation. You’re so fine.
But iris then you showed me heart,
The angel wings fly in my art.
I did not notice, did not see,
The art’s alive and talks to me.
It brings back memories as a child,
A dream of angels soft and mild.

I feel these angels watch me close,
The spread their wings and guide my pose,
But I have learned to my surprise,
I find these angels in our eyes.
And I still ponder now and then
If angels visit me again,
Protect my soul and talk with God,
And whisper sweetly up above.
Remember those who live to give,
Remember those who don’t deceive,
Remember those who care so much,
Remember those, unselfish touch.

We all can share an angel’s chime,
We’re on this earth for a short time
We can be sweet and don’t spread lies,
We’ll all see goodness in our eyes.
So with this said, I hope to find,
These angel wings growing inside.
Each one can feel this lofty plight,
Each others eyes, a guiding light
