Jd Challenger uses what is called “mixed media,” which includes oil and acrylic paint, gold and copper leaf, and some airbrush for shading, all combined on a single canvas. This innovative and unconventional approach allows the artist to create paintings that seem to capture the heart and soul of his subjects.
