“Sugar Skull IV” is the latest in Creason’s Sugar Skull Series celebrating the Mexican Day of the Dead celebration. “Sugar Skull IV” features La Catrina, the costumed skeleton, which dominates in most Day of the Dead celebrations.

Creason’s works will invoke passion, boundless love, color and awe. His wife is his muse and main inspiration, always motivating him to create artwork that he might not have on his own. Creason chooses to depict women to spotlight their inner and outer strengths, beauty, and mystery. Using found jewelry, hand-blown glass, and garments to embellish his paintings, no two will ever be the same, but will always leave you inspired and entranced by his use of color.
