Born in Kraków, Poland, Marietta grew up surrounded by art, poetry, and science — her grandfather, an art historian and poet, first opened her eyes to the wonder of creation. After immigrating to the United States, art became her refuge and her lifelong passion. Her journey led through a distinguished 34-year career in dentistry and military service before returning to her first love — painting.

Today, Marietta devotes herself to impressionist landscapes that pulse with color, energy, and emotion. Her signature style, Nature in Motion, celebrates the living rhythm of the natural world. Each visible brushstroke becomes a heartbeat of the earth — bold, sculptural, and full of movement — transforming light, form, and texture into the flowing poetry of contemporary impressionism.

Painting daily — often completing at least one new work each week — Marietta pours her heart into every canvas. She considers it a blessing to live a life filled with creativity and purpose, and feels deep gratitude for the collectors, patrons, and friends who find joy in her art.
