Furlow's vibrant paintings are a major focal point in exhibitions and collections around the world including the U.S. Embassies of Morocco, Belgium and Beijing, the White House, CEO Magazine, The Smithsonian, Mobil Oil, Samuel Goldwyn, Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Eiteljorg Museum, National Wildlife Museum, Koshare Museum, Santa Fe Fine Arts Museum, Coca Cola Olympic Pavilion, NBC's Today Show, and many others.
Malcolm Furlow won the silver award from the Sorbonne. He also exhibited in and received the gold award from the Luxembourg Museum in Paris. As of spring 2006, he had sold-out over fifty solo shows.
