| Hot Sand Description: | | "I love walking in the sand on the beach. In the summer, the sand is hot
and it is wonderful to play with. When Meaghan and I were small we
would build sand castles. When I would pour the sand out of my pail it
would catch the sunlight and sparkle different colors. In this painting I
have depicted the heat with the reds and the sparkles in blue through the
sunlight in yellows. I have sprinkled in some of my special "hot sand"." - Amanda Dunbar |
